We had such a great time last time (the place is lovely, the food is excellent) that I decided to organise another dinner atEl Pirata of Mayfair.
The menu includes a choice of tapas to share and a dessert.
Tapas:
-The table de Embutidos, Selection of cured meats
– Padron Peppers, small green peppers, grilled and served with salt
– Gambas Pil-Pil, prawns in olive oil, garlic and dried hot chilli peppers
– Salpicon Marisco, seefood salad
– Calamares a la Romana, deep fried fresh squid
– Chorizo al Vino, Spanish sausage in a red wine sauce
– Alas de pollo , sweet, glazed chicken wings
– Patatas Bravas, deep fried potatoes in a tomato, chilli & garlic sauce
– Pan con alioli, Spanish bread with Alioli
– Croquetas de Pollo, chicken croquettes
Dessert:
Crema catalana
vanilla ice cream
